CombiScope

CombiScope from Delta Instruments for milk composition analysis and somatic cell counting with a speed of 600 samples per hour.
The FTIR part is managed by a specially designed and very stable interferometer - look to your right - which means fewer stops, and an accuracy among the best. Or better!

The cell counter is based on flow-cytometry and a LED-light source - a contribution to the reduction of CO₂ - and also double measurements, which will give you more accurate information than your previous cell counter.
We have different options if you would like to automate your sample handling. Give us a call and let's discuss your specific challenges, and how we can handle them.

Much reduced running cost

As Delta Instrument has a very stable Interferometer, there is no need for any kind of an "FTIR Equalizer".

Delta Instruments has also chosen to use commodity chemicals for cleaning and zero setting as opposed to chemicals with at monopoly prices.

Chemicals including dye for the cell counter and pilot probes cost less than EUR 0,017 per sample - Try to compare that to the cost you are paying today!

the secret  behind the stable running of the FTIR, the superfluous "FTIR-Equalizer" and thus the much lower daily cost is the do called "Wish Bone" Interferometer: The mirrors are all fixed on the same "Wish Bone" shaped arm, which means that they do not move relative to each other, but only together with the movements of the "Wish Bone" - And we give you a lifelong guarantee on the pivot point.

Over and above that all calibrations - apart from FPD - is free of charge: unsaturated fatty acids, Iodine in fat, Free Fatty Acids, NPN - calculated Urea and many more. This price policy covers all existing as well as all future calibrations
An exchange system covering all the expensive spare parts is also a major economic benefit we can offer?!
