Steeltec ApS is
owned and managed by two individuals who each
have theoretical training as dairy technicians
as well as practical experience in dairy
production management. Steeltec ApS meets the
demands of today's dairies in the area of
stainless steel. Pasteurisors, UHT-units,
CIP-units, cheese vats, milk tanks and more
comprise Steeltec's solutions. And if a
turnkey dairy is more to your liking, Steeltec
ApS can
deliver that too.
Why Steeltec?
Besides the wealth of experience the two owners bring to the table, the company is extremely flexible. If they don't produce it themselves, they will find it from one of their many partners and sub-contractors.Very low cost maintenance
Not trivial is the fact that maintenance costs for Steeltec equipment is very low. Why? Three good reasons:- Quality: Steeltec excels in this area, second to none in this branch.
- Spare part price policy: This enables you to purchase spare parts at a price that is the same or often even lower than the price you can get through the strongest channels or connections you may have.
- Repair it yourself: Included in every delivery is a CD-rom containing all the documentation from the general flow-diagram to details about even the smalles parts. This lets you use local technicians to handle repairs more quickly and efficiently.
Richter Hansen
A/S has a long tradition of automating
business-to-business solutions for internal
transport (conveyors), packing and palleting.
The strengths of Richter Hansen's solutions
are creativity and economy.
Their latest invention, which is patented, is worthy of special mention. It is a robot device that opens the packet of milk cartons, prepares them for use, fills them into the filling line and disposes of the wrapping paper. This does away with the human labour required for this very unpleasant and un-ergonomic job. Another example of a creative solution from Richter Hansen A/S is the packing of an assortment of products from different production batches.
And then of course there is the ever-present challenge: how to install a new solution without interrupting the operation of your present system? Richter Hansen A/S are experts in the creative planning required to implement a smooth transition.
As far as economy is concerned, a Richter Hansen solution excels in a number of ways:

- The creativity itself. A Richter Hansen
solution is sufficient as well as efficient. No
superfluous ways or links for the product to
travel through, and the packing or palleting
solution optimises the use of space in the box or
on the pallet.
- Enormous savings in labour
- Full 24-hour service will help you maximize your up-time.
ASDI
is a newcomer in the food industry, but
well-experienced in building NIR-based
spectrometers for other businesses.
An NIR instrument can always be calibrated to measure the fat, protein and moisture content of cheese, yogurt, butter, milk, milk powder, whitener etc. The strength of the ASDI solution is that, contrary to most other NIR solutions, it is "post-dispersive". This means that you can measure a sample locally without having to first shield it from the environment. Consequently you will be able to stand right next to the production line and do your analysis - simply and easily.
As if that weren't enough, the instrument itself is comparatively small and compact which means you can carry it with you from one point of control to another.
The instrument also comes as an on-line
solution in case you are looking for a continuous
flow analysis. This is often the optimal solution
for process control and may save quite a lot of
money on energy for drying, composition being
closer to specifications etc., which means a short
pay-back time. The on-line instrument covers a
relatively broad area of a conveyor, and because
the technology is post-dispersive you actually just
hang it up above the conveyor.
